Pricing
Is there a minimum order quantity? No minimum is published. Pricing is negotiable and based on your purchase quantity, so the effective starting point is the volume at which you are satisfied with the price. How is price set? By quantity, together with product mix and customization scope — an order of multi-wood sculptures and one of single-material pieces do not cost the same to produce. Can we mix products? Yes; product interest is a field on the application form, and mixed orders are standard for gifting programs.
Shipping and Lead Times
Is shipping free? Yes — bulk orders ship complimentary, primarily via air freight. How long does delivery take? Estimated at approximately 7–12 business days. How long is preparation? Product preparation typically takes 5–7 business days, subject to product inventory and customization requirements. When should we order? Add the two windows together (12–19 business days) plus a peak-season buffer: two to three weeks of runway before your event date.
Customization
Can you engrave our logo? Yes — for bulk orders, custom engraving of your company logo plus personalized text is included as a free customization service. Is any content restricted? Specific engraving content and requirements are evaluated based on product characteristics and your needs. Does retail personalization work differently? Yes — retail personalization is text-based; logo engraving is handled through the wholesale program.
