The Two Steps That Matter
Step 1: click "+ Add a free gift card" in your cart drawer so the card item is part of your order. Step 2: write your note in the cart message box prefixed with "Gift Card:". Both steps are required. If you leave a note in the cart without adding the free gift card item, our workshop treats your text strictly as a product engraving request — no physical card is written or sent.

If the order ships straight to the recipient, the card and message are the whole touch — they arrive instead of a gift-wrap add-on. The gift card item is listed at $0, and cards are only included when explicitly added, which the workshop notes is also a paper-waste decision.
