Is personalization really free?

Yes! For a limited time, we're offering complimentary engraving on eligible products at no extra cost.

Are the gift card and handwritten message also free?

Yes! Both the gift card and handwritten message service are completely free. However, you must click "+ Add a free gift card" in your cart and clearly prefix your note with "Gift Card: [Your message]".

What if I left a message in the cart note but didn't add the gift card?

If you leave text in the cart note without adding the free gift card item to your cart, our workshop will treat your note strictly as an engraving request for the product itself. To receive a handwritten physical card, the free gift card must be added to your cart alongside your order.

Can I see a preview before it's engraved?

Due to our handcrafted process, we don't offer digital previews. However, our artisans carefully review each personalization request to ensure quality.

What if my product doesn't have a personalization field?

Some products may not be eligible for engraving. If you don't see a personalization option on the product page, that item cannot be customized. You can also add your text in the cart notes or contact us for clarification.

Can I change or cancel my personalization after ordering?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your personalization. Once engraving begins, changes cannot be made.

What fonts are available?

We use elegant, legible fonts suitable for laser engraving. Most items feature a clean sans-serif or refined serif typeface to ensure clarity and longevity.

Can you engrave logos or images?

Currently, we only offer text-based personalization. For custom logo engraving, please contact our customer service team.
