About This Item
A hand-carved basswood figurine suspended inside a solid black walnut frame on a delicate metal chain — a miniature desk sculpture that floats within its frame. The Proud Orange Cat is a reference to the Maneki-neko, the traditional lucky cat that beckons prosperity and good fortune; the Shiba Inu brings the same charm with a different face. Each figurine is hand-carved and hand-painted with color detail, then hung so it sits suspended in place. Three variants are available: Proud Orange Cat in a square frame, Proud Orange Cat in a round frame, and Shiba Inu in a square frame (the most popular). The square frame reads classic and structured; the round frame reads softer and more organic.
Why You'll Love It
- Floating in a Walnut Frame — A 3.8cm (1.5") basswood figurine suspended on a metal chain inside a 10cm (3.9") black walnut frame → a miniature sculpture with depth
- Maneki-neko Lucky Cat Symbolism — The Proud Orange Cat references the traditional lucky cat → a meaningful desk companion
- Three Variants — Square cat, round cat, and the Shiba Inu (most popular) → match the frame and the face
- Free 10-Character Frame Engraving — A name or a date on the walnut frame → the lucky charm becomes personal
