Employee Recognition Gifts: Desk Art That Says Thank You
Aktie
Recognition gifts fail when they are generic. A branded mug gets used and forgotten; a named wooden piece sits on the desk for years. Lightyear24's recognition-friendly range runs from $49.99, and personalization is currently free on eligible pieces — which is what makes these gifts feel earned rather than distributed.
What Makes a Recognition Gift Land
Three qualities: personalization — a name, initials, or a milestone date separates an award from merchandise; daily visibility — a desk object is seen every working day, unlike a plaque in a drawer; material weight — solid wood and metal communicate that the recognition was considered.
