About This Item
The Vintage Rotating Calendar is a desk perpetual calendar with three rotating cylinders suspended on a curved metal stand in a floating display — they appear to hang in the air, a visual effect that gives the piece lightness and elegance despite its presence. Each cylinder rotates independently to set the month, the date, and the day of the week; the rotation is smooth and deliberate — a seconds-long tactile ritual. Two finishes: Cherry Wood Color — a warm walnut-toned solid wood base with natural wood cylinders, classic and warm — and Lucky Red — a black base with red-accented cylinders, bold and auspicious.
Why You'll Love It
- Floating Cylinder Display — Three cylinders suspended on a curved metal stand → lightness that 500g / 17.6oz of wood and metal rarely manage
- Month, Date, Day — by Hand — Each cylinder rotates independently and deliberately → a seconds-long daily ritual
- Two Finishes — Cherry Wood Color (classic warm) or Lucky Red (bold, auspicious) → match the desk or the occasion
- Retro Desk Sculpture — 21 × 11cm (8.3" × 4.3"), 4.5cm (1.8") base, 7cm (2.8") cylinders → a calendar with presence
- Free 15-Character Base Engraving — A name or initials on the wooden base → the ritual gets personal

The vintage aesthetic doesn't date itself. The wooden calendar looks as good now as it did when I bought it. The rotation is smooth and reliable
The vintage rotating calendar fits my mid-century modern office perfectly. The wooden construction is warm and the rotation mechanism is satisfying
The rotation mechanism is still as smooth as day one after months of daily use. The vintage wooden design looks great and the quality has held up
I deliberately chose this over a digital calendar. The wooden vintage design is a statement and the rotation is satisfying. No batteries needed
