About This Item
A panda, turned from wood on a lathe. The white parts are hard maple — dense, fine-grained, and naturally pale. The black parts are black walnut — dark, rich, and smooth. Together they form a panda: round, compact, and unmistakably charming. Each spinner is lathe-turned from solid wood as a single continuous piece, hand-polished, and finished with wood wax oil — a surface that feels warm and alive and improves with handling. Set it spinning on a desk and it becomes a small, hypnotic object that's difficult to stop watching. Two characters: Beibei (smaller, taller) and Hanhan (wider, shorter). Comes in a velvet pouch, with or without a display base, plus 5-slot and 12-slot bases for collectors.
Why You'll Love It
- Two-Wood Panda, Zero Paint — Hard maple white, black walnut black — natural contrast → the coloring is the material
- Lathe-Turned Solid Wood — One continuous piece, hand-polished, wood wax oil finish → warm to the touch, better with handling
- Two Characters — Beibei (smaller, taller) and Hanhan (wider, shorter) → collect the pair
- Collector Options — Velvet pouch, display base, or 5-slot and 12-slot bases → from one spinner to a full shelf
