About This Item
An acorn, carved from two woods. The cap is solid black walnut — deep, dark, with a fine satin finish. The body is solid beech — warm honey tone, smooth and round in the palm. Twist the cap clockwise 3–4 turns and set it down. The melody begins — clear, unhurried, and completely mechanical. No batteries. No charging. Just the pure sound of a hand-wound movement playing in a room. Small enough to carry anywhere. Meaningful enough to keep for years.
